To give participants plenty of time to connect, space at the Career Fair will be limited. Therefore, we’ll only be accepting applicants – on a first come first serve basis – who have earned a superbadge, super set, or certification (applicants in India, see detailed criteria in FAQ). Not credentialed yet? There’s still time to become eligible before the deadline on December 31, 2020.

What will I get out of the Trailblazer Connect Career Fair?
You’ll get the opportunity to connect with companies in the Salesforce ecosystem. You should spend time before the Career Fair researching the companies that will be participating and the roles for which they’re hiring.
What type of job opportunities are at the Career Fair?
Participating companies are recruiting for both entry-level and mid-level positions across a variety of roles including developer, consultant, admin, and analyst.
Do you have any advice to help us make this a successful experience?
We want your day to be successful, so here are some helpful tips:
• Dress in business attire. Even though this event is virtual, recruiters might invite you to video chats where they can see you
.• Practice your personal pitch and be ready to introduce yourself.
• Have your personal pitch in written format so that you can be ready to share it when you’re in a 1:1 chat with employers.
• Prepare to meet participating companies and share your story, why you want to work for that company, and ask questions about the company and role.
Who is eligible?
Anyone who is looking for a job and has acheived before Dec 31st 2020
• a Trailhead superbadge
• or holds a current Salesforce certification
• or is enrolled in a Workforce Development Organization can apply to join the Career Fair.
*Applicants from India must have completed the Journey to Salesforce (https://sforce.co/J2S) program (for working professionals) or the Trailblazer Connect Job-Ready Student program (for students) through a participating college before Dec 31st 2020
What timezones are covered?
The Trailblazer Connect Career Fair will be on January 21, 2021, from 10 AM to 2 PM in the following three time zones: ASIA – IST (GMT -5:30), EUROPE – (GMT), AMERICAS – (GMT -8:00)
Which countries can participate?
There will be companies from countries in Asia, Europe and the Americas. You’ll attend the event in your region and must be eligible to legally work in the countries where an employer is hiring.
What type of companies are participating?
Priority is given to companies who have pledged to inclusive hiring practices and have capacity to bring on new talent with a percentage focused on Trailblazers who are net new to the ecosystem.

Are participating companies sponsoring visas?
Can I apply to work outside of my country of residence?No, please apply for roles only in countries where you can legally work without sponsorship.
Are there any technological requirements for me to join the Career Fair?
We recommend that you join the Trailblazer Connect Career Fair from your computer/laptop with a webcam and high-speed internet.
Make sure you’re in a well-lit and quiet space so that you can engage in video chats. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox browsers to have the best experience. Be sure to mute yourself if you’re on video but have background noise.
What is Trailblazer Mentorship and how will I get a mentor?
Trailblazer Mentorship empowers mentees to connect to opportunities to land their dream job in the Salesforce ecosystem. Learn more about the entire program here (sforce.co/TrailblazerMentorship).
To prepare job-seekers for the Career Fair, we are facilitating a one-time matching between Career Fair applicants and a pool of Trailblazer Community mentors.
During application you can request to be matched with a career coach and we will connect you to schedule your 1:1 session.
Matching is done once per week based on your application date, is subject to mentor availability and is not guaranteed. All sessions should be completed by January 14th, 2021.
Am I guaranteed entry to the Career Fair?
Applying does not guarantee you admission to the Career Fair. If you meet the eligibility requirements for your region (see above) then you will be admitted on a first come-first served basis until we hit our attendance capacity.
Am I guaranteed a job?
No, you are not guaranteed a job, nor a 1:1 interview, or any other interaction beyond this event. Attending this event only entitles you to chat at a virtual booth with participating companies during the event.
