I am delighted to share that I passed the AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification with flying colours with just one week of preparation. I am here to share my experience and thoughts on how I did it and what strategies I followed in order to achieve my Microsoft certification.
This is my first Azure certification and I passed with 930 score in just one week.

Step 3:- Attend the Event Session 1:- for 3 hrs

My strategy:-
I attended a free online Virtual training event offered by Microsoft and the event is 5 hrs long with lot of practical activities taught by Microsoft experts.
Next I took the official exam guide and started preparing according to the topics listed and learnt the topics in depth.
I booked the exam and gave myself a 5 days time to prepare and understand the topics individually and as a whole.
I took free Microsoft Azure Account subscription to get my hands dirty with some of the popular Azure services as I prepare for the Exam.
To make each and every concept clear, I took the certification notes from cyberrubik.com.
The certification notes is divided according to the topics covered in the exam study guide with clear explanations in a easy to understand manner.
After that you can find plenty of practice questions on the internet to familiarise with the exam pattern.
On the exam Day:-
Be calm and composed .
Under current circumstances, it is great that we can take the exam at home without the hassle of going to the test centre.
You can book your exam online with plenty of slots available at all the times.
Go through your exam notes and develop your own mind map to make all the concepts come together.
The exam will be around 40 -60 questions with 85 minutes time.
According to me the exam was to test the basic knowledge of the Azure platform and its services. The exam was bit tricky but with proper preparation nothing is hard.
Some of the questions really test the in-depth knowledge about the services offered by Microsoft Azure and how you can make use of the platform to serve the clients by justifying their business needs.

Finally, at the end of the day after passing the exam successfully you will be able to receive your certificate in the matter of minutes.
